Thank you for shopping with SOUNDSTITCH Apparel™, a D/B/A venture of JRP Creative Labs, Inc.
At this time, SOUNDSTITCH Apparel ships only within the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING
Many SOUNDSTITCH Apparel products are made-to-order or fulfilled through third-party print, apparel manufacturing, and logistics partners. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, production schedules, and seasonal demand.
Most orders are processed within approximately 2–7 business days before shipment. During holidays, product launches, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Estimated shipping timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, supply chain disruptions, production timelines, or circumstances outside of our direct control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SOUNDSTITCH Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, lost packages, or carrier-related issues caused by third-party shipping providers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate at checkout.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided when available once an order has been shipped.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If a package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.
SOUNDSTITCH Apparel may assist customers with reasonable support requests related to carrier investigations when possible, but delivery outcomes ultimately remain subject to the policies and operations of the shipping provider.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Certain orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability, manufacturing locations, or fulfillment partner logistics.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated through promotional offers or campaigns.
